AIZAWL: The Home Minister Lalchamliana in a press briefing mentions that the Assam government should pay compensation to the Mizo farmers whose crops were destroyed.
The destruction was caused by Assam’s police forces in the Buarchep area.
He also says that the border dispute between these two neighbouring states has been going on for a long period and also strongly condemns the unfortunate incident.
