Assam Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma holds a political level meeting with Nagaland CM Neiphiu Rio on Friday, to talk over various party affairs of the pre-poll alliance partners.
Neiphiu accompanied along with his Cabinet colleagues G Kaito Aye, Jacob Zhimoni & H Haying in the meeting.
Discussed several issues of mutual interest
Himanta Biswa Sarma notified through his tweet that both the CM further went on to discuss several issues of mutual interest between the two states.
He said, “We also discussed various political matters concerning our alliance”

On the other hand, Neiphiu Rio took to his Twitter handle to inform about the meeting. He wrote, “Had a political level meeting with @himantabiswa, Chief Minister of Assam along with my colleagues @KaitoAye, @jacob_zhimomi, and H. Haying. Discussed on various party affairs of the pre-poll alliance partners.”
