The Asian Games which were earlier scheduled to be held in September have now been postponed due to the ongoing Pandemic situation.

As per the reports from the Olympic Council of Asia, the Game was supposed to be scheduled from 10th to 25th of September 2022 in Hangzhou but has now been postponed due to the ongoing pandemic situation.
The Olympic Council of Asia made a statement, “Following detailed discussions with the Chinese Olympic Committee (COC) and the Hangzhou Game Organising Committee, the OCA Executive Board decided to postpone the 19th Asian Games, which were scheduled to be held in Hangzhou, China from 10th to 25th September 2022.”
Further, it was added that new dates will announced soon.
