The Mumbai drugs case has now become a talk of the town since Aryan Khan’s arrest. Super star Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested due to said involvement in the case. Although Aryan was later released by the NCB, the case has not been closed since.

On Monday, the NCB or the Narcotics Control Bureau asked for more time in order to make a strong charge sheet against the case. due to said involvement in the case.
As per the reports, the charge sheet was suppose to be filed by 2nd of April 2022, but now they have sought for an extension up till 90 days or more.
Amongst the big names, Aryan Khan and 19 others were arrested for their alleged involvement in the Mumbai cruise drug case.
The special investigation team has ordered the NCB for a request to be made in regard to the extension period to the Mumbai High Court. When asked by media persons, Sanjay Singh who is the chief officier of the SIT said that at present one cannot deny Aryan Khan’s involvement in the case as of now.
Sanjay singh’s response was a result of the reports that were issued in regard to no evidence being found against Aryan khan’s involvement in the drug case. The young lad from a famous background had to spend nearly a month in jail for having being termed as the main accused of the case.
As per recent reports, sanjay singh issued a statement saying, “ Highly premature to say that there’s no evidence against Aryan Khan. Probe still in progress, recorded multiple statements. Have not reached any conclusion yet.”
On December 2021, the Bombay high court had relieved Aryan khan of routine visit to the NCB office every other week in related to the case. Howver, when the SIT delhi team calls in, he has to be present. Even though there has not been any direct links on him, NCB has proof his whatsapp chats that paint a different picture altogether.
