Assam witnessed a moment of pride as the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the final results of the 2022 UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) on Tuesday afternoon. The state celebrated as several candidates from Assam achieved notable ranks in the prestigious exam, with one individual even securing a position in the coveted Top 10.

Among the accomplished individuals from Assam are Mayur Hazarika, Anjali Bhardwaj, Md. Idul Ahmed, Soilemthang Vaiphai, Diksha Langthasa, Nivedita Das, and Manasjyoti Das. Mayur Hazarika stands out as one of the top achievers, securing an impressive fifth position in the UPSC 2022 CSE exams. Dr. Hazarika, a doctor hailing from Tezpur, is currently associated with the National Health Mission in Assam. He completed his MBBS degree from the esteemed Gauhati Medical College and Hospital in Guwahati. His educational journey began at Ramanujan Junior College in Nagaon district, where he completed his higher secondary studies.
