UP: Children are seen wearing plastic as mask fearing Police checking; video surfaces

In Banda, Uttar Pradesh, two children were seen wearing plastics as a mask. When asked, they accepted that in fear of Police checking they wore the same.

Antul and Radhika as seen in the video were in fear of the Police. Later the police talked to them politely and bought masks for them.
