Arunachal Pradesh: Constable Tame Tamar Tarh sets 2 Marathon World Records in 2021

Constable Tame Tamar Tarh of Bn HQ, Aalo created two world records recently during the year 2021, as informed by the commandant of the 2nd AAP Bn Headquarter Aalo, Tumme Amo, IPS.

Constable Tarh has created a global record in two categories- The world record for most 1/2 of marathons (101 in number) in 100 days and the world record for maximum 1/2 of marathons in a single month.

The first feat was accomplished on May 9 2021, while the second one was achieved on July 1 2021, where he had participated in 32 marathons in a period of 1 month.

It is to be stated that this global recognition has been accorded through the International Book of Records which isn’t like the Guinness Book of World Records.

Statement by Commandant Amo

“We 2nd Bn family at Aalo are very proud and happy that our dashing constable Tame Tamar Tarh of Bn HQ Aalo has achieved two World Records recently during 2021” said Commandant Amo.

Felicitation function

Commandant Amo said he is personally very elated as he has achieved these two World Records under his command, guidance and motivation.

He said that he will organize a small function at BHQ Aalo on Monday to felicitate him.
