Prime Minister Narendra Modi began his address to the nation at 9 a.m. on November 19th,. On the final day of the ‘Rashtra Raksha Samparpan Parv,’ he will inaugurate crucial irrigation initiatives in Uttar Pradesh before departing for Jhansi to give over locally created military hardware to Indian armed forces.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi began his address to the nation. He announced that all three Farm Laws will be repealed.

PM Modi also said that his cabinet will make a decision next month. While addressing, Prime Minister said, “We have decided to repeal all three farm laws. We will start the constitutional process to repeal all the three laws in the parliament session that starts at the end of this month.”

“Today is the Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Today, PM will inaugurate key schemes relating to irrigation in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh,” his office said in a tweet. “Then, he will go to Jhansi for the ‘Rashtra Raksha Samparpan Parv.’ Before all of these programmes, he will address the nation at 9 AM,” it added.

The last time the Prime Minister addressed the nation was in October, shortly after India became only the second country after China to hit the one billion Covid-19 vaccination mark.

Modi will inaugurate several irrigations and water projects in Mahoba later in the day, including the Arjun Sahayak Irrigation Project, the Ratauli Weir Project, the Bhaoni Dam Project, and the Majhgaon-Chilli Sprinkler Project, totalling Rs 3,250 crore.

he development work aims to make irrigation easier for 65,000 hectares of land in Mahoba and surrounding districts including Hamirpur, Banda, and Lalitpur.

The Prime Minister will then proceed to Jhansi to lay the groundwork for a Rs 3,000 crore 600-MW ultra-mega solar power complex in Garautha. He’ll also dedicate the Atal Ektaa Park in the city.
