Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing the 83rd radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’ to people of the country on November 28, Sunday said ‘I want to be in service, not power, I am just a servant of the people.’

This time on the Mann ki Baat program, he mentioned of ‘Amrit Mahotsav’ of independence commemorating 75 years of Independence. He said the Amrit Mahotsav is being celebrated from panchayat to parliament. PM Modi further said, “The country also celebrates Navy Day and Armed Force Flag Day in December. We all know that the country is also celebrating the golden jubilee year of the 1971 war on December 16. I dedicate all these occasions to the security forces of the country and remember our heroes.”

‘Mann Ki Baat’: PM Modi Gives an Example of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’

PM Modi giving an example said “There was a river in Jalaun called Noon river. Gradually, the river came to the brink of extinction. This created a crisis for farmers in the area. The people of Jalaun this year formed a committee and revived the river. This is an example of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’”
