What is it about Indian cuisine that makes it so mainstream globally?

We have even seen all around voyaged judges of international cooking contests getting blown away by a plate of humble desi food. Their response is such a joy to watch, right? All things considered, here’s another inestimable response for you — of a man tasting Lamb Vindaloo, a Goan dish, for the first time in his life after his wife takes him to an Indian restaurant.

Vindaloo is an Indian curry dish, which is originally from Goa, in view of the Portuguese dish Carne de Vinha D’alhos. It is normally viewed as a searing, fiery dish.
Before long Lamboginny was served the dish, he said, “This is Lamb Vindaloo? If it is not sweet, I am not going to pay”. “It is not sweet. It is a little spicy,” the waiter answered.
The final verdict
In the wake of tasting the first bite of Lamb Vindaloo, Lamboginny was astonished and requested one more aiding of rice. “I am already an Indian,” Lamboginny said as he totally partook in the food.
“I am going to pay double,” he told the waiter. Also, he packed some more dishes for himself as well. As the video turned into a web sensation, online media users imparted their musings and insights in the comments section.
