NEUFC will begin campaign in Guwahati; match to be held in Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium
As per reports, the match will be played at Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium, Sarusajai in Guwahati. The match is said to begin from 5:30 PM.
This year, as many as 20 teams will be taking part in the match – 11 teams from ISL, 5 teams from I-League and 4 teams from IAF.
The 11 ISL teams taking part in the tournament are – ATK Mohun Bagan, Bengaluru, Chennaiyin, East Bengal, FC Goa, Hyderabad, Jamshedpur, Kerala Blasters, Mumbai City, NorthEast United and Odisha.
The latest edition of tournament kicked off on August 16 with Mohammedan SC defeating FC Goa by three goals. The match was held at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata.
