A 20-year-old girl namely Nilufar Ahmed from Assam has bagged Gold in 60-65 kg category in the 44th National Arm Wrestling Championship. The Championship was held in Jammu & Kashmir. The Championship was organised by Jammu & Kashmir Arm Wrestling Championship.
Assam Girl Shines In National Arm Wrestling Championship
It may be noted that Nilufar Ahmed is currently pursuing BCA (Bachelor’s in Computer Application) in Assam Down Town University. On July 22-23, Nilufar bagged Gold in the 44th All Assam Wrestling Championship. The Championship was held at Nagaon. Additionally, on August 18, Nilufar also bagged Gold in 60-65 kg category in the Kamrup District Arm Wrestling Championship. This tournament was held at Bihdia.
