Diganta Kalita, MLA, 56 Kamalpur, Assam, recently visited Moukuchi Gaon in Kendukuna Panchayat, Assam, where residents have expressed their dissatisfaction with a drain built without RCC concrete.
The residents had filed a complaint, requesting that swift action be taken in response to the drain’s poor construction.
Immediate action taken by MLA Diganta Kalita
Upon arrival, he visited the Puthimari River and the drain building site. The guilty were summoned immediately, and the authorities were directed to take the required action against them.
Two people have already been arrested in connection with the poorly constructed site.
