On Thursday (January 6), Telugu star Mahesh Babu took his Instagram handle to announce that he has been tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
He shared that he is under home isolation and has been affected with mild symptoms.
Mahesh was in Dubai, holidaying with his wife Namrata Shirodkar and kids during the new year.
He posted a very Happy family picture for his fans on New year captioning, “Trust the magic of new beginnings! Be happy, be kind, be grateful! Happy New Year #2022! Stay safe everyone. Love you all “
Just few days back, his sister-in-law and actress Shilpa Shirodkar, who resides in Dubai, had tested positive for Covid-19 as well and had announced it on social media.
However, yesterday (January 5) the actress disclosed that she has been tested negative after fighting with the contagion for nearly a week.
Talking about work, Mahesh is all set to work with director Trivikram Srinivas for a new project.
Mahesh Babu took to Instagram and posted a picture from his meeting with Srinivas, producer Naga Vamsi Suryadevara, and music composer Thaman Shivakumar Ghantasala. “Work and chill… productive afternoon with the team!! #TrivikramSrinivas @vamsi84 @MusicThaman #Dubai,” he captioned the image.
Srinivas, Shivakumar and Suryadevara went to Dubai to meet Mahesh Babu and discuss about their new project. The shooting for the film will start after completion of Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’.
