A lover man from Delhi dies after being stabbed by a knife.
A 24 year old man was stabbed to death after being bitten by three men in Seemapuri of Delhi.
Two of the accused have been arrested, as per reports.
Lover dies for having relationship with sister of the accused
Reportedly, the 24 year old man was in a relationship with the married sister of one of the accused. The police said the woman’s brother was not happy about their relationship and had made a plan to kill him.
In a video regarding the case two men have been seen hitting the victim. One of the accused repeatedly hits the victim with a metal chair, while another stabs him. When a woman tries to save the victim, the third accused stops her.
The lover was identified as Shahrukh
The victim was identified as Shahrukh, was taken by local people to Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital where he died due to his injuries.
Deputy commissioner of police, Shahdara, R Sathiyasundaram said the police control room was informed about the incident at 5pm. And by the time they reached the spot Shahrukh was taken to the hospital.
A case under sections 302 punishment for murder and 34 acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention of the IPC, and sections of the Arms Act have been registered at the Seema Puri police station.
The DCP said, “The police team gathered footage from the CCTVs installed in the vicinity and identified the accused as Zuber, 30, Zafar, 20 and Aditya,18– all residents of Seemapuri.”
The DCP also said, “Teams were formed, multiple raids were conducted and two suspects, Aditya and Zuber were arrested on Thursday. The third accused, Zafar, is absconding.”
Officers further mentioned that this was a case of enmity. As Shahrukh was allegedly having an affair with the sister of Zuber and even after repeated warnings Shahrukh still tried maintaining his relationship.
About the incident
The investigator of this case told, “As soon as they spotted Shahrukh, they started beating him even as no local resident intervened. Soon, one of them picked up a metal chair and hit Shahrukh several times on his head.When Shahrukh fell on the road, Zafar and Zuber pinned him down, and Aditya stabbed him with a knife, first in the back and then a couple of times in the abdomen.”
Further, police also mentioned that Shahrukh was listed as a ‘bad character’ in Seema Puri police station. Which means he has been accused of multiple crimes and needs to be kept under surveillance.
The DCP said, “More than 40 cases of mostly pickpocketing at Metro stations were registered against him in Delhi and several cases were registered in UP as well. He was released on bail from Dasna Jail, in UP, a few days back.
