Arvind Kejriwal Wins Confidence Vote in the House. Five MLAs of Bharatiya Janata Party have walked out of the House, however, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal won the confidence vote in the House. All MLAs of Aam Aadmi Party were present in the House on September 1.
Kejriwal Govt proves Confidence Vote
It may be noted that three MLAs of BJP namely Vijender Gupta, Abhay Verma and Mohan Singh Best were involved in an argument with the Speaker, Rakhi Birla. Arvind Kejriwal mentioned in the House about CBI raids at the residence of Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. It has positively impacted the Aam Aadmi Party.
Kejriwal told in the House that the party’s vote in the state has increased by four per cent as a result of CBI raids. In this regard, Kejriwal told, ‘’The CBI raided Sisodia, went to his village and searched his bank locker. CBI people said that they did not find anything against him but they are under pressure to arrest him. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a certificate of honesty to Manish Sisodia and Aam Aadmi Party!
