The Assam Kaziranga University Hosts 9th Convocation Ceremony, Honors Graduating Batch of 2023
Koraikhowa, Jorhat – The Assam Kaziranga University, one of the leading educational institutions in Northeast India, proudly organized its 9th convocation ceremony on July 11, 2023. The ceremony commemorated the remarkable achievements of the Graduating Batch of 2023, including a total of 665 students, including PhD candidates. The grand convocation ceremony took place at the Kaziranga university’s scenic campus in Koraikhowa, Jorhat. The event was inaugurated by Shri Basant Khetan, the esteemed Chancellor of the university, who opened the ceremony with an inspiring address. The chief guest for the occasion was Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, the Honorable Chief Minister of Assam. Dr. Sarma extended his heartfelt congratulations to the graduating students and emphasized the pivotal role universities play in the overall development of society. He spoke passionately about the rich civilization of India and the responsibility each individual has to carry forward knowledge and wisdom.
