Gauhati University announces job vacancy of Junior Research Fellow for a project.
The university is inviting eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow in a ISRO Sponsored Research Project under GU RAC-S.
The project is entitled as “Graphene based conductive ink for flexible and wearable printable electronics”.
Reportedly, it will be under the supervision of Dr. Hemen Kumar Kalita, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics.

Name of post: Junior Research Fellow
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: As mentioned 28 years (age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and women candidates as per Govt. of India instruction)
Salary: ₹31,000/- and 16% HRA per month (for 1st and 2nd year) and ₹35,000/- and 16% HRA per month for six months in the 3rd year.
Job Location: Guwahati, Assam

Further, as mentioned in the official notification the last date to apply for the vacancy is 17 February, 2022.
Eligibility and Educational Qualification
1) As mentioned in the official notification, the candidate should have M.Sc. in Physics with at least 50% mark.
2) Also, candidates with knowledge of nanomaterial synthesis and electronic device will be preferred.
