The Indian Army has helped out the villagers of Arunachal Pradesh by providing them with solar lights to beautify the small village even more.
Indian Army provides solar lights
The Indian Army has provided solar lights to one of the most eastern parts of the villages in arunachal pradesh. The village falls near the international borders of china and myanmar.
The village that falls under the district of Anjow in Arunachal Pradesh received street lights and solar lamps from the Indian Army. This initiative was part of a project that was led by OP Samaritan.
Since the village is in the interiors of the state, many people suffered due to lack of electricity and no possible developments in the region so far. Now with the initiative taken by the Indian Army, the area will be better lit and safer.
The initiative will also help in the development and growth of the area in much a greater way. The lights were further distributed to the villages by the Division corporation.
The people in the villages were very pleased and grateful for the initiative taken. They said this initiative highlighted the celebration of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav. As a result of this initiative, the bond between the officials and the common people has further improved.
The village of Braigong which falls under the district of Anjaw District is a secluded village of Arunachal Pradesh. Mostly the people in the area are peasants and live a self sufficient life. The whole area is a scenic beauty with lots of greenery and surrounded by snow capped mountains.
