Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients: Mix vegetables (tomatoes, carrot, peas, tendli, french beans), salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, oil, curry leaves
Cook all the vegetables in a pressure cooker with 2 cups water.
After it is steamed thoroughly, blend it in a blender.
Strain with a coarse strainer.
Add the tempering of oil and curry leaves, salt to taste, jeera powder and pepper powder.
Healthy Soup Recipes
Ingredients: Chicken Stock, Carrot, Large Diced, Bok Choy Leaves, Whole, Thai Bird Chillies, whole, Lemongrass, crushed, Celery, minced, Garlic Cloves, minced, Scallion, whites, minced, Ginger, minced, Red Radish, Slices (for garnish), Ginger, minced, Light Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Sugar, Oil, Chicken (Cut of your choice, boneless chicken is better)
In a wok, heat oil. Sauté, ginger, garlic, scallions, lemongrass, celery. As the garlic becomes golden brown, add the chicken, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cook the chicken for 10 minutes. Remove the chicken and keep it aside.
Add the chicken stock and bring it to a boil, till the liquid reduced by half. Strain the stock till it’s clear.
Heat the broth, and dice the chicken and mix into it. Add you carrots, and chilli and boil it for 1 minute. Heat your noodles into the broth and plate it on your soup bowl. Pour over the broth and garnish with radishes.
