Google: It Has Changed The World
”Your resume is the important thing that can land you your dream job. It is primarily a window through which your employers get to see and know a lot of details about you. So it is also imperative to fill in your resume with the right and relevant stuff,” Rivera said so.
She added that she has screened thousands of websites and has found that people include a lot of unwanted data in their resumes. Mentioning the city and state in the resume will be sufficient.

“Next, let’s talk about your work history. So, we don’t need your entire work history since you started your professional career. What we need to focus and hone in on is tailoring your search and résumé to the role you’re applying for,” she elaborated.
Moreover, Rivera urged job applicants to get rid of weak action verbs like ‘I helped,’ ‘I was responsible for” instead of the passive language in the resume.
