In a major accident, a four wheeler collided head on with a speeding truck leading to the dead of one.
Reportedly, the accident occurred near Burapahar range of Kaziranga National Park.

The accident occurred when the vehicle collided head on with a speeding truck on the highway near Burapahar range of the park.
As per information, the group of people who were in the car were traveling for a marriage purpose.
One person died in the accident and six others among which a child was also severely injured in the accident.
The four wheeler smashed with the truck while trying to overtake another vehicle and immediately caught fire, as told by eyewitnesses.
The deceased was driver of the car
The deceased has been identified as Chandan Basak, who was the driver of the vehicle.
Locals mentioned, “Though locals rushed the injured persons to Jokholabondha health center, one person was declared dead. Others were seriously injured and were taken to Tezpur medical college hospital.”
Recently, in another major accident, a Maruti Swift Dzire collided with a truck resulting in the death of one person and left 4 other injured.
The accident took place in the Boko’s Shakhati area of Assam’s Kamrup district.
