The Bollywood actress Zaira Wasim posted her first photo on social media in 2 years. After quitting Bollywood in 2019 the actress had stopped posting her pictures in social media.
However, Zaira Wasim shared her first photo on social media after discontinuing Bollywood in 2019. The actress had stated that acting interfered with her religion.
Zaira took to Instagram to post a photo of herself on a bridge. As her back was facing the camera, her face was not visible in the picture.

Zaira Wasim previously had asked her fan pages to discard her photos from social media. On October 5, she posted a photo of herself basking in the sun. Sharing her picture on Instagram, she wrote, “The warm October sun (sic).”
Zaira Wasim Quit Bollywood
Zaira Wasim wrote a detailed note on Facebook to announce that she quits acting for religious reasons, in June 2019. Where she wrote, she has realised that “though I may fit here perfectly, I do not belong here”. Further states that she is trying to start a new life.
“Five years ago, I made a decision that changed my life forever. As I stepped my foot in Bollywood, it opened doors of massive popularity for me. I started to become the prime candidate of public attention, I was projected as the gospel of the idea of success and was often identified as a role model for the youth. However, that’s never something that I set out to do or become, especially with regards to my ideas of success and failure, which I had just started to explore and understand,” she said in the lengthy post on Facebook.

The actress hails from Kashmir, in 2016 she made her Bollywood debut with Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’. Where Zaira played the role of young Babita Phogat, a wrestler.
She earned many appreciations for her portrayal of the young wrestler from the film critics and also from audiences. Again in 2017, she was seen in Aamir Khan’s home production Secret Superstar.
Zaira Wasim was last seen in Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar-starrer The Sky Is Pink. She played the lead role of Aisha Chaudhary in Shonali Bose’s film.
