A massive fire broke out inside a 20-story residential structure in Mumbai this morning, killing at least seven people.

The massive blaze

In the massive blaze that started around 7 a.m. on the 18th floor of the Kamla building opposite Gandhi Hospital at Gowalia Tank in Mumbai’s Tardeo area, another 15 people were injured.

Injured civilians taken to hospital

Officials claimed the injured were taken to three local hospitals, with five people dying at Nair Hospital, one at Kasturba Hospital, and another at Bhatia Hospital as a result of their injuries.
