A massive fire at Isuzu and Benelli showroom of Guwahati have been reported in the wee hours of Wednesday morning.
Massive Fire at Isuzu and Benelli showroom
As per reports, the fire broke out at an Isuzu and Benelli showroom on National Highway 27 near Basistha.
The reason behind the massive loss of a whopping Rs. 10 crore damage has been believed to be an electrical short circuit. A cylinder near the premises also exploded causing the flames to spread even more. Eight fire tenders reached the spot and struggled to dose off the flame.
Several cars inside the showroom were completely gutted in the fire.
Due to the quick action of the fire department, many cars stored in the back of the showroom were saved. As of now, no casualties have been reported.
