A strange occurrence from Uttar Pradesh’s Unnao area has come to light, reminding you of Ayushmann Khurrana‘s film ‘Bala.’ The 2019 film is about a bald man who suffers from early baldness and hides it from his bride-to-be in order to marry her.
This was almost pulled off by an Unnao bald groom, but it didn’t work out.
Even though half of the wedding preparations were finished and the main rituals were scheduled for early morning, the bride refused to marry him after learning of his baldness.
Before entering the mandap, the groom felt uneasy and fainted. His wig fell off as he fell to the ground, revealing his baldness to all.

Despite the efforts of friends and family members to persuade her, the bride stayed firm.

A panchayat meeting was summoned as a result, and the girl’s family claimed to have spent Rs 5.66 lakh on the wedding. The groom’s side complied with their requests and returned the funds to the bride’s father.
Further, the groom and the ‘baraatis’ had to return to Kanpur without the bride.
The groom’s family should not have hidden the fact that he was bald, according to the bride’s uncle.
“We could have mentally prepared the bride for the groom’s baldness if they had informed us of his condition. You can’t expect a marriage to begin with lies” he added.
Ramjeet Yadav, the in-charge of the Pariyar police outpost, said that despite their best efforts, the bride refused to marry. The two parties eventually came to an agreement.
