In a bewildering instance that has come to light, a zoo has banned a woman in Antwerp, Belgium after she declared that she has an affair with a chimpanzee of the zoo.
The Four Year Affair
As per reports recently, the woman Adie Timmermans asserted that she had been in an affair with a chimpanzee of the zoo (which banned her from visiting it), for the past four years known as Chita. The woman claimed that they (Adie and the chimpanzee) used to communicate inside the zoo and blow kisses at each other from a glass partition.
Banning the Woman
After the authorities of the zoo came to know about the matter, they decided to ban the woman. This was because they believed that the closeness between Chita and Adie was hindering the primate’s bonding with its own chimpanzee friends of the zoo and hindering its growth with them.

Adie feels discriminated against
Reacting to the ousting, Adie said she and Chita, the chimpanzee are in deep love. Adding to it, she stated that it just has an affair between her and the animal and nothing else. Further, she argued against the decision taken by the zoo authorities to ban her from the zoo. Adie does not agree with the zoo’s decision, and continues to feel discriminated against.
