Guwahati, Assam – The Assam Kaziranga University and the Institute of Frontier Sciences and Application (IFSA) recently organized the Second Edition of the North-East Climate Consortium (NECC) at the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship in Guwahati. The event was sponsored by the Assam Science Technology and Environment Council (ASTEC), Government of Assam.
