Assam: First alleged Omicron case detected in Sonitpur

Assam: The first case of Omicron has finally reached Assam. One man tests positive in Sonitpur.

Suryabahadur Tamang has reportedly traveled from Saudi Arabia. This is the first case of Omicron in the state of Assam. He is now admitted to Tezpur Medical College and Hospital.
