Assam Covid-19 cases has witnessed a jump in the number of cases since the last couple of months, with cases rising above 11.15 per cent. Currently, the health department of Assam has reported 706 positive cases.

According to the data published by the State National Health Mission, more than 421 patients were discharged and 1 death have been reported in West Karbi Anglong.
As of now, out of the 6,334 tests that have been conducted in the last 24 hours, Dhubri reported the highest, followed by Dibrugarh, Goalpara and Kamrup rural.
Overall tally of the positive cases of Assam stands at 7,29,322 with recoveries touching up to 7,17,893.
