The users of Airtel are facing a serious outage at this moment as the network is down.

Users from across the nation are taking their frustration to their Twitter handles to report the inconvenience. However, till now the company has not issued any sort of apology to its customers.

According to reports, residents from the entire nation are facing this problem right now and this is affecting both Airtel mobile internet and the company’s broadband and Wi-Fi services. Further, it is also claimed by reports that the company app is not working too.
Sources say that all Airtel connections varying from fiber internet, broadband, to even mobile network are down in the states of Mumbai, Noida, Delhi and many other locations.

As shown by the outage tracker downdetector which is a device used to detect the malfunctioning of technologies, the Airtel users are facing these issues since 11:30 AM on February 11.
According to the system, as many as 3,729 users had reported an outage with their connection as of 11:18AM all across India. Many users have said that this is the second time this month that they are facing this issue.
Previously, Reliance Jio also faced a massive outage in a few parts of the Mumbai Region. However, the Airtel outage seems to be on a much larger level, as the outage map on Downdetector shows outages across India.
