AICTE or the All India Council For Technical Education has made an urge to all the educational institutions in the country to help the students who has returned from Ukraine to continue their studies here in India.
The board has made a urge to the institute of India to admit the indian students who are now left stranded. These young students who aspired to pursue medical ae now left in between their career plan as no alternative opion are provided to them.
From India alone, about 20,000 students went to study in Ukraine as they rates in the country are cheaper and the competition is lesser compared to India.
The war has left these young aspirants high and dry and it is the duty of the government to find a solution to these students.
As per the National Medical Commission, the foreign medical course admission and the eligibility criteria is quite different from the other and it is certainly mentioned that there is no provision for a transfer in middle of a programme.
Thus this issue was put forward in court to address the concerns of these students.
