Despite high hopes, India’s official entry ‘2018: Everyone Is A Hero’ did not receive a nomination, and ‘To Kill A Tiger’ missed out on the Best Documentary Feature award to ’20 Days In Mariupol’. The ceremony also noted omissions in nominations for renowned talents such as Greta Gerwig, Margot Robbie, and Leonardo DiCaprio, sparking discussions about the selection process.

The film ‘Godzilla Minus One’ was recognized for its groundbreaking visual effects, showcasing the ever-evolving capabilities of visual storytelling in the film industry.
