A recent video is going viral on social media where two women are assaulting a team of officials who were issuing challan for violating covid protocols.

How the incident took place?
On 9th August, a fight broke out after the official stopped one woman for not wearing a mask.
According to police, a librarian named anand posted at Government Boys Senior Secondary School in Tikri Kalan and currently attached with the office of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Punjabi Bagh reported that on August 6, he along with his teacher Ajmer Singh and a civil defense staff were on covid duty near Peeragarhi metro station. “A woman on a two Wheeler was stopped and was asked Rs. 2000 challan for not wearing a mask”.
Despite of her fault, she didn’t pay and called her employer and they assaulted the team” states the Districts Commissioner of Police Parvinder Singh.
What happened next?
Based on the complaint, a case was registered for assault, obstructing a public servant from performing duty and violating District Disaster Management Authority guidelines among other sections.
