Reportedly, an FIR has been filed against her for allegedly hurting religious sentiments during a discussion on a new web series in Bhopal.

Shweta Tiwari made a controversial statement during promotion
Shweta Tiwari made the statement in Bhopal during the promotion of her web series “Show Stopper”.
According to reports, Shweta said, “Mere bra ki size bhagwan le rahe hai.” Which means God is taking the measurements for my bra.
Reports from ANI mentioned, Shweta jokingly made the alleged statement in reference to Saurabh’s role of a ‘bra fitter’ in the new series.

Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra filed a case against her for making a hurtful religious comment.

The case was registered under Section 295(A) of the Indian Penal Code at the Shyamla Hills police station in Bhopal.
Narottam Mishra said, “I have seen and heard Shweta Tiwari’s statement. I condemn it. I have instructed the Bhopal Police Commissioner to investigate and submit a report to me soon. Action will be taken after that.”
As per information, Home Minister Narottam Mishra directed the police to investigate her remark and submit a report within 24 hours.
