Proud moment: Sivasagar girl makes her way to International Book of Records

Bagmita Dutta from Sivasagar district of Assam has made a world record in “International Book of records” for being fastest to paint a smallest painting on a rice grain of human holding Indian National Flag”.

The painting was completed in 3 minutes on a rice grain of size (0.4 × 0.3 mm). Bagmita Dutta is the daughter of Lambodar Borgohain and a class 10 student of “Sankardeva Shisu Niketan” school.

In a video Bagmita Dutta has expressed heartfelt gratitude towards the “International Book of Records” for giving platforms for her talent. The video is of 2.28 minutes which is shared by the International Book of Records on their YouTube channel.

Karimganj girl makes to IBR

On 3rd September a girl from Karimganj named Pollabi Debroy also found a place in the International Book of Records for making the largest Durga idol made of recycled products. She made a six feet idol of Durga using recycled products in 2028 . She used products like plastic packets, cardboard, clay models, aluminum sheets etc.

Brief on International Book of Records

International Book Of Records gives a platform to people to showcase their unique talent and inspire others to go further. In a statement IBR said, ” We at IB Records collate and publish notable records of all types, from first and best human achievements”.
