The actress’ role in the whole Raj Kundra case

Mumbai Crime Branch however records her statement regarding the whole issue following her involvement with her husband.
According to reports, the actress got into an argument with her husband during the recording resulting in a breakdown and a 2 hr record statement. She also denies any involvement in the case and that she was not aware of the contents of the controversial OTT app.
The actress also mentions that ‘erotica’ is different from ‘porn’ and further defends her husband by saying that he was not involved in producing porn content. Thus, vouches for his innocence.
However, no solid evidence of the actress’ involvement has been found yet.
Shilpa Shetty’s fall under the radar: Reasons
Following her resignation as director from Viaan Industries. Viaan industries were founded by her husband in 2014.
The 45-year-old husband was arrested on the 19th of July and has been sent to police custody while the actress resigned from her director’s position last year.
Raj Kundra’s violation and current status
Raj Kundra’s ‘work’ goes against various sections of the Indian Penal Code and IT Act, and the Indecent Representation of Women Prohibition act.
According to Mumbai Police, Kundra is a key conspirator in the case and has sufficient evidence against him.
