Matrimonial company Shaadi.com to enter matchmaking for ‘LGBTQ’ community

Shaadi.com, one of the biggest matchmaking platforms in India is all set to enter matchmaking for LGBTQ (the (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer) community.

The details of the plan

In the upcoming year, Shaadi.com wants to enhance its company by launching two more products.

The company will be looking forward to entering the matchmaking arena for the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer) community or people living abroad according to Business Insider.

Previously four years ago, the Indian Supreme Court decriminalized same-sex relationships in India.

Adding further Mittal said, even though the casual dating industry has been booming and is expected to record nearly half a billion in revenue in 2021, Shaadi.com wants to stay away from it.
