Amir Hamja who has been accused of rape has been alleged to have sexually abused a minor girl in the Kokrajhar district of Assam.
Rape accused arrested
According to Pratidin Times, the accused lured the minor girl who belongs from a Tribal Community. The accused also clicked photographs of the incident.
The accused then made the pictures viral on the internet which was later seen by many people of the village.
As per reports, a case was lodged against the accused at the Kokrajhar Police Station. Case was reported against the accused under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
