Ranveer Singh is all set for his big TV debut with the quiz show, The Big Picture which premiers on Colors TV. On the show, he spoke of how he is searching for baby names and to one of the contestants he asked if he can borrow Shuryaveer Singh as the name for his baby.

The Big Picture, which comes on every Saturday and Sunday at 8pm is a visual-based quiz show. Ahead of the show, the actor revealed that he got a surprise from his wife Deepika Padukone.
“On my first day, I was nervous and excited. Deepika sent me flowers and a handwritten note to wish me the very best for the show,” he revealed.
The Actor has often admitted how Deepika, his wife, has been supporting him since the beginning and even gave him tips to host this quiz show.
However, Ranveer also revealed during the show that he has been scouting for baby names. While welcoming, a contestant from Gorakhpur, named Abhay Singh, the actor will make a delightful remark about his future with Deepika Padukone.
What did he say?
Ranveer said “2-3 saalon me in hamare bhi bache honge! Abhay, Bhaisaab aapki bhabhi itni cute baby thi na, mujhe bas koi aisi dede toh life set ho jaaye! (In two-three years, we will also have a baby. Abhay, your sister-in-law was such a cute baby. My life will be sorted if I have a baby like her).”
He further added, “Main shortlist kar raha hun baby names. Agar aap mind nahi karengay, toh yeh lee lun main Shuryaveer Singh! (I am shortlisting baby names. If you don’t mind, can I take Shuryaveer Singh).”
Upcoming projects
On the work front Ranveer Singh will be seen sharing screen space with Deepika in Kabir Khan’s 83. Ranveer will be playing the legendary cricketer Kapil Dev. It will be a sports drama and moreover Deepika will be seen as his wife, Romi Bhatia, she is also co-producing the movie. The movie is based on India’s historic world cup win.
Apart from this, in the upcoming days both Ranveer and Deepika have many other projects.
Recently, Ranveer Singh worked together with Alia Bhatt for Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. On the other hand, Deepika has teamed up with various actors including Prabhas, Hrithik Roshan and Amitabh Bachchan for different projects.
