Tokyo Paralympians Avani Lekhara, Bhavina Patel, Suhas Yathiraj, and, Pramod Bhagat, recently adorned the 62nd issue of Femina Magazine with bold words on the cover. It reads, ‘Into the Light, Our Paralympians shine’.
Paralympians featured confidently
Shooter Avani Lekhara armed with a rifle featured with a cheeky and confident smile, along with Paddler Bhavina Patel with her table tennis racket. The badminton players Suhas Yathiraj and, Pramod Bhagat stood tall with their badminton racquets.
Lekhara bagged Paralympic gold and bronze in Tokyo, meanwhile, Patel bagged the silver in table tennis women’s singles. Bhagat secured a gold medal in the men’s singles SL3 class and Yathiraj successfully clinched the silver.
