Name of department is Health & Family Welfare Department Govt. of Assam. Scale of pay is Rs.30,000/– 1,10.000/-+ Grade Pay Rs. 12,700/- plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules.
A candidate should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on January 1, 2020. Meanwhile, the upper age limit is relaxable by (if applicable):
5 years for SC/ST candidates i.e. upto 43 years
3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 44 years
For Persons with Disabilities (PWD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and General Category of candidates
Furthermore, the minimum qualification is MBBS Degree from any recognized University under MCI (Medical Council of India). Candidate must be registered under Assam Medical Council.
