Home tutor arrested in Guwahati for sexually assaulting minor
As per reports, the accused has been identified as Maninul Haque aged 50, is married and teaches at a private school in Katahbari area.
The complaint was made by the victim’s father which stated that his 10 year old daughter was sexually assaulted by her tutor.
The heinous crime was committed on Saturday when none of the family members were present.
Later, the girl narrated the entire incident to her mother when she came back from work.
The accused was arrested on Sunday based on the FIR lodged at Garchuk Police Station.
A case was registered against him under section 376 of IPC and POSCO Act.
