Earlier in June, Instagram user Chabi Gupta has shared a candid video of her mother, Anita, receiving a box containing a red and green belt, her daughter had purchased from the high-end fashion label, Gucci. Shocked by the belt’s price, her mother was seen claiming that the product mimics the belts worn by the students of Delhi Public School (DPS), Ranchi. While her reaction went viral on social media, the mother is back in the spotlight after wearing it with a saree!
In an Instagram post, captioned, “1 Way To Style Your GUCCI belt with Indian Saree ft. Desi Mom,” shared by her daughter, the mother can been seen pairing the famous Gucci belt with a plain georgette saree with a mult coloured blouse. Just like last time, netizens appreciated the lady’s lively spirit and many commented about how well she pulled off the look.
Netizens also agreed to the lady’s statement that the luxurious Gucci belt resembled the DPS school belt, commenting, “Aunty was right”.
