Guwahati witnessed another cold-blooded murder where a father allegedly killed his 11-year-old daughter in Gosaigaon, Guwahati.
According to media reports, the deceased girl has been identified as Asha Bodo who was brutally murdered and was kept locked inside a room by her father.

Additionally, Parvati Bodo, the mother who left for workday before reportedly saw her daughter’s dead body today.
Father reportedly fled the scene: Police
In the meantime, the father, Balbahadur Biswakarma alias Balen Chetry, is said to have fled the scene and has yet to be found. He is reportedly a resident of Tezpur.
The police have recovered a rope and a bottle of alcohol from the spot. There was also frequent arguing between the husband and wife, according to reports.
