A Canada based gangster known as Goldi Brar took responsibility on Sunday to have killed Punjabi Singer and Politician Sidhu Moose Wala. The attacker is a close ally of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
As per reports from NDTV, the Punjab police said that the attack on the singer was probably due to a clash between both the gangs. The DGP of Punjab said, “Lawrence Bishnoi Gang is involved in the murder. A lucky member of the gang has taken responsibility from Canada.”
The Punjabi singer was shot dead in Mansa District of Punjab on the 29th of May 2022.
As per reports from the Civil Surgeon at the district hospital, “three people were brought to the hospital, out of which Sidhu Moose Wala was dead. After giving primary treatment, the two injured have been referred to a higher institute for further treatment.”

As per reports, the incident happened right after the Government withdrew the security of 424 people in Punjab, including Sidhu Moose Wala.
The Singer contested this year’s assembly and was defeated by Vijay Singla who was recently sacked by the present chief minister of the state over charges of corruption.
The Punjabi singer sparked controversy in the state after he targeted the state ruling party, Aam Admi Party and its supporters with his song, ‘Scapegoat.’ He also called the supporters of the party gaddar.
