Assam Police gives warning for drunk drivers in an invitation form.
As the state has witnessed more than 6,800 accidents, in which over 2,800 people have lost their lives in 2021 the officials of Assam Police issues an invitation letter where it sarcastically says, “Try not to be our guest.”

Assam Police that often resorts to humor in its awareness campaigns today shared a special invitation for people who are planning to drink and/or rashly drive this new year’s eve.
The notice has been issued by the Assam Police on the occasion of new year to warn the Rash drivers, Drunk drivers and other eligible violators. Besides, it also said that a special performance will be performed by DJ Lockup for the rule violators.
It mentioned that the special new years eve menu includes CopCake and other dessert items in the police’s custard-y. Lastly, the state police asked responsible citizens to report violations RSVP Via WhatsApp : 9132699735.
