The Assam Government has announced a list of 23 prominent litterateurs of the state who will be given a literary pension for the year 2021-2022.
Ranoj Pegu on December 5, tweeted, “Today, the names of the candidates for the 2021-22 literary pensions are announced. Congratulations to the distinguished writers who have been selected for this honor.”
About the pension:
The announced pension will be given on December 7, during the birth anniversary of Sahitya Akademi winner Homen Borgohain at Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra.
