A 60 year old woman who stayed alone was murdered under suspicious circumstances by an unknown person.
Reportedly, the incident occurred in Guwahati’s Kalapahar.
Elderly 60 year old woman killed
As per information, the deceased has been identified as Anu Hazarika. She was the owner of Hira Complex in Gopinath Nagar.
She was living alone in her house in Guwahati’s Kalapahar area and was reportedly murdered by an unknown person.
Jewelries were also stolen
Reportedly, the deceased was killed during the night time. The miscreants then also stole her jewelry and cash available at the house.
Further, they also destroyed all the furniture inside the house and the CCTV cameras.
The police as per information reached the crime scene and initiated an investigation regarding the matter.
However, as far no information about the murder has been ascertained.
