She further added that when an idol figure sets a standard of beauty which is unattainable, causes distress among people. These beauty expectations come from the people as they set certain standards of how a female star should look.
Palak Tiwari has also shared her views on the importance of grooming before stepping into the industry. In addition, she further said in an interview that, “if you have these surgeries and all that they have things to say about it, but if you don’t then you are unadorned and not ready.So you can never really truly please an audience with how you can groom yourself or not, because they will always portray their insecurities on to you.
But grooming in this industry largely means that you feel your best self. No matter how low you are feeling, you have to appear exuberant about things and be vivacious and i think grooming yourself kind of helps you with that. But i there’s all there’s to it.”
Lastly, she also mentions about how the concept of ‘ideal body type’ must be eradicated from the society. As long as one is healthy, there’s no harm to oneself.
